Delivery is handled by Amazon. With Prime it's fast and free — often next-day or two-day — and Amazon shows your exact delivery date and any options before you pay.
International shipping
Buy from the Amazon store for your country — UK, US, EU, Canada and Australia — and Amazon delivers locally, handling customs and duties where they apply.
Tracking your order
Track your order any time in your Amazon account under Your Orders. Amazon also emails you tracking updates once your parcel ships.
Late or damaged parcels
If something arrives late or damaged, you're covered by Amazon's delivery guarantee — report it from Your Orders, or email us and we'll help straight away.
